I heard about Joseph Gregory Hallett and his claim earlier today and upon browsing info. online regarding its veracity ( no wiki page ) , in no serious way, I came across Silent weapons for quiet wars.

A Boeing employee in '86 bought scrap printers at a government sale and found stuck inside one a document titled top secret. It outlines a map of social engineering to manipulate the masses through education, politics and industry.

It is purported to be the elite's road map to the nwo.
By way of an omnipresent technocracy?

    Get your salt shaker out...

I just skimmed through some of the "secret document" there

    https://www.cirnow.com.au/fileuploads/Silent-Weapons-for-quiet-wars.pdf

    Here's one excerpt
In 1952 the grant period terminated, and a high-level meeting of the Elite was held to
determine the next phase of social operations research.

Odd how these documents always seem to be littered with conspiracy terminology and comically bad writing, almost as if they were written by some imaginative conspiracy theorist..

Or maybe that's what the "Elite" wants us to think..

So they managed to find an entire 44 page document jammed neatly inside a printer without any evidence of damage, printer tracks, nothing?
