    I've not seen a Trade212 thread. And considering DeGiro stopped my Custody account from trading in the shares I wanted to because they were "complex".

    For example, IAG (British Airways etc). This no warning restriction of my account has damaged my share purchase Strategy. I can still sell my shares on DeGiro, but cannot purchase.

    Anyway, I'm in the middle of registering with Trade212. Will be interesting to see the difference. So far the user interface seems just as easy to use. I'll have to transfer funds to trade though and waiting on ID verification. There is also a demo option.

    I think there was a discussion somewhere.... I can't find it now..

    But there were issues as well around the structure of the custody accounts... if you go with discount brokers there will all be issues, because in the end they need to take their cut somewhere.

    Early days, but their charts seem a bit odd. But, the Degiro $ version is useless at 15m delayed anyway so just use Marketplace etc.


    Apparently they make their money off CFDs and that's why the custody account is free.



    I want to get back to being able to trade... caught out badly by DeGiro's move. I've withdrawn my free money from them now, but will take time to get into Trade 212.
