Help with Visonic Power master 10

    My parents have a monitored visonic power master 10. It's connected up via the phone line and calls the monitoring station each time there is an alert etc. My father wants to get rid of the land line as they rarely use it and just get the broadband only package from Eir.

    I got the gsm module for the alarm online and fitted it. Using the default installer code I can access the menu to add his phone number to the private reports.

    When I test the sim I get an error about sim not verified. I know there are further settings tied up in the master menu somewhere that I don't have a code to access.

    I have simply disconnected the line into the control panel from the phone, so I can test is the sim /gsm works before dropping the land line and also the monitoring contract.

    Any advice would be great
