    If this works it would be of great help.
    Will give it a go. Wonder would using a glue help the matter.

    Wouldn't the second tube blow if you'd something sharp left in the tyre

    Bit of a weird one..... There already exists self adhesive puncture repair kits and the ones you glue yourself only take a minute or two for the glue to cure (and are inexpensive). I think carrying a patch kit vs a roll of gorilla tape and a scissors is going to be a more practical solution for most use cases.
