    Very little is my understanding.
As part of Comic Con (on just over a week ago), there was a 'Van Helsing' panel, which is shot in Canada. They were noteworthy for being the first drama to resume filming in North America.

Canadian TV productions are ahead of the US but any US actors going to film in Canada need to quarantine first, which introduces a delay. 'Supernatural' will be filming its final episodes from August 18th and I imagine other dramas are starting up.

There's a couple of outliers too like 'Undone' which is filming (it's rotoscoped so much easier to do).

European countries are getting ready now too - UK for example - as are the likes of Italy (which may have resumed).

Animation at least can push on as it's far less limited - there's a much higher than normal number of animated series being commissioned right now for US TV as a result.

Either way, there's going to be some delays for a lot of shows and/or abbreviated seasons. Prepare to watch some older shows in the upcoming drought.

Yeah the planned shows for 2020 on US TV consist of
-series broadcast elsewhere such as international or digital. For example Dead Pixels (from Channel 4), Coroner (from Canadian tv) and Swamp thing(from DC Online) will be on CW.
    -Reality/competition shows
-Procedurals such as NCIS. Law & Order and the like. Series that wouldn't have a large amount of effects
-Shows that were filmed a while back but were being held for later releases as would usually be done for shows on HBO, Netflix and others

Strange that from around now on we would usually start seeing new seasons/series from a lot of networks. But looking at premiere dates it's as previously mentioned

Well the most important series of the new season starts Nov 20th.

    https://tvline.com/2020/08/07/animaniacs-reboot-hulu-premiere-date/
It’s (almost) time for Animaniacs! Hulu’s reboot of the classic animated series (1993–1998) will premiere on Friday, Nov. 20, TVLine has learned.

From Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation, the reboot once again finds siblings Yakko, Wakko and Dot wreaking havoc and ruining lives from Burbank to Beverly Hills… and beyond.

The 13-episode first season also welcomes back iconic Animaniacs characters, including Pinky and the Brain. (Also worth noting: The show has already been renewed for a 13-episode second season, set to premiere in 2021.) Steven Spielberg is executive-producing, alongside Sam Register, Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey and Wellesley Wild.
