What is the general turn around time for a car loan top up application?

I've applied online and awaiting a decision

In this day and age, it should be possible to process application and get funds to you within 24 hours - assuming it's the same institution that had your current account / salary etc

Same institution as mortgage
Current accounts for 15 years

On top of that it's a loan extension.....not a new application per say

Hopefully its sorted soon

Just off the phone there and there is no record of receipt of the loan documentation back on the BOI side.

This was signed on wednesday and email confirmed at the time showing as such.

Hopefully this can be resolved today but unfortunately I'll still have to wait another 24-48 hours when this is eventually resolved :(
