    Hi all,
I al looking at buying a site with a derelict site house on it. I see in the first time buyers document that you may be able to get the help to buy scheme if this is the case and you demolish all or some of the house. Has anyone done this? And how much of the derelict house did you keep?
    Thanks a million F
