This morning Friday 31 July went to withdraw money.

Went through pin code withdrawal amount and took back card from Machine.

Got message "sorry something went wrong transaction cancelled"

First 'bank holiday' event for me

    Good morning xieann,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

I am really sorry that this has been your experience. If your withdrawal was not successful yet you can see the ATM transaction on your account, this will be returned in 3-5 working days.

Sometimes after business hours or over the weekend/bank holiday, the ATM's might be experiencing some difficulties. This will be resolved as soon as one of my colleagues returns to the branch.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. I will be sure to pass it onto our Rathfarnham branch.

If there is anything else we can help with, please get in touch!

Have a nice day and take care.

    Many thanks,
    Megan
