Looking for new build recommendations

We are in the process of applying for our mortgage and hope to hear back in the next few days fingers crossed all goes well!! We have no idea where we would like to live. We are looking for a new build close to Dublin, any recommendations?

Might be useful to give some sort of hint of the type/size of property you're looking for, the type of location, an idea of what else you might need (schools/transport), an idea of your budget, do you need to commute and if yes where to.

Our budget is between €300,000.00-€350,000.00 ideally looking for a 4 bed. One of us works in Tallaght and the other in Wicklow So one of us is going to have to commute either way

You're not going to get a 4 bed for that money in the greater Dublin area unfortunately.

Yeah you will not really find a 4 bed but there are some new 3 Beds in Newcastle, Co Dublin which is less than 20 mins to Tallaght. Not sure where abouts in Wicklow you work?
