Issue with Eir FTTH Router (I think?)

    Hi folks,

Spent a lot of time trying to diagnose a network issue for a friend and I'm hoping maybe someone here has seen something similar or can help.

Householder has EIR FTTH connected recently enough, 150Mb speed, router is the black Eir Fibre box 1A 1.0

Approx every 30 or so minutes the connection seems to drop - I thought it was just the connection itself but the router appears to actually reboot based on the logs.

I've tried a factory reset, tried monitoring it for hours with just one device connected vie ETH - results below.

Does anyone know if this might be a setting, or what could be causing the router to power cycle (nothing in the logs really stands out to me).

Is it a case that they need to talk to Eir and potentially get a replacement router or an engineer visit?

(Note in the logs that the device time resets on boot until it syncs with the NTP server).
