PS4 Pro warranty stickers

I just had a PS4 Pro rejected as trade in from CEX and told it was missing a warranty sticker.
When I got home I inspected it more closely and it has both stickers only one was all black with no text.
This is normal for some revisions isn't it?

I was googling looking for them as I changed out the paste and fan on mine recently. Some revision models didn't have them from what I discovered. Can't determine which models exactly. What model is yours?

Edit: best bet is to email Sony with the model number, wait ages for a reply, and see what they say.

Actually CEX online support has sorted it and said that there is no problem with the warranty stickers on my PS4



You can see one sticker has writing and the other is all black.
Some revisions have it like this and some have writing on both.

Because one was all black the manager of the store mistook the all black one for one that had been removed.
He must not be the member of staff that normally takes in consoles.

If you ever want to sell your console to CEX you could buy the stickers from ebay.

Would you believe, I couldn't find any for the Pro, not sure if the regular version are the same but most listings said they're not for the Slim/Pro models. They look similar but not forking out money to find out i'm wrong. I'll chance the ones I put back on (not extremely noticeable) and if that fails I'll just sell on DoneDeal.
