Hi Guys,

My parents have tenants leaving their rented house, and they are going to use this opportunity to see if they can sell the property. The tenants aren't the cleanest, so my parents wan't to give it a pretty good going over, before the estate agent takes photos.

Any recommendations on a once off deep clean? How much should they expect to pay?

The house is a 3 bed, 950 sqft property.
