we are due to fly to torremolinos/malaga start of sept. we didnt really want to travel, and my wife being pregnant confirmed this intention. travel insurance wont cover as , thankfully there are no complications with her pregnancy, and they will only cover if there is. going through the terms and conditions again, it says catastrophe cover- major outbreak of an infectious disease..... corona virus would hardly fall into this category?

    Who is your policy with?

Most won't cover travel to Spain as it is against DFA guidelines but will depend if you purchased your policy before the pandemic was declared.

Most insurers have a COVID FAQ section which should clarify.

Some will say you have EU medical cover through the European medical card, if you want to risk it...it won't cover anything non medical though.
