Garden shed

I am planning to build a shed in a walled garden. The shed will be less than 25 square meters in size and so it should be exempt from planning.

The walled garden is within the curtilage of a listed farm house. Would a less than 25 square meters shed be exempt from planning if it is within the curtilage of a listed farm house? The house is listed but the garden is not.

The shed could be located near the house or up to 100 meters away. Is there any maximum distance from the house to the shed in this case?

    Get advice on the ground.
No exemptions apply to listed properties.
