    Anything for farmers in the package announced yesterday? the only thing that i can see that mentions farmers in the package is;
    €10 million in fishery and on-farm renewable energy investments
    of course some one may try and argue that the credit guarantee scheme will benefit farmers but it will benefit larry and the boys more.
    there will be some chance of the reduction in vat from 23% to 21% been passed on to any consumer or customer. should mean a reduction in cost of new machinery ect but i cant see that happening

    The 2% vat reduction is to help struggling businesses from covid hangover. Wouldn't expect to see any pass back to consumers i would imagine.

    Maybe we'll survive if we are paid anything due on ahead on time.
