MI Box keeps restarting - suggestions?

I got a Xiaomi MI Box at the end of 2017. I use it for Disney+ and Youtube mostly on a spare TV. It's Model MDZ-16-AB It's nice and fast and easy to use....but Recently, it has started rebooting itself in a loop constantly. I did a factory reset last night - to no avail. It's nice and fast and easy to use....but

Recently, it has started rebooting itself in a loop constantly.

I did a factory reset last night - to no avail.
It still resets itself randomly when scrolling through apps on the home screen.

Then it will reboot maybe 30 or 40 times before stayig up.
I don't think it is overheating.

Are there any known issues with this model?
Is there anything I can try?
