    Hi

    I have booked an engineer to complete a snag list for out new build 4 bed semi d. I was just wondering how long it usually takes for the engineer to give you/the builder the list? We are under pressure timewise and hoping it can be done quickly. Builders will try to have any issues sorted asap.

    Usually 2-3 days.
    Then you have to wait for the builder to complete the snags.

    From your other thread, you have 2 weeks mortgage approval remaining from the day of the snag?
    It will be tight.
