I have a ratio of height and weight that has to be absolutely perfect. Individually neither matter as long as they are perfectly in balance with each other.

When this ratio is just right I see that she will have the minimal toilet breaks each day but still have the ability to give birth and raise my healthy children with patience and efficiency. Not always cranky from low blood sugars not always in a rush for the toilet.

I have used my findings in all manners of my life and I can tell you perfect balance in the x and y axis is all that matters.
