Hi, We’re looking to move to a bigger home (kids no longer babies etc...) Our details are married couple, joint income of approx 90-95k ( I’m pub sector and receive annual benchmarking, currently at 70k) We owe approx 200k on our current home worth approx 310k (16yrs left) We recently inherited approx 250k Any ideas on…

Hi,
We’re looking to move to a bigger home (kids no longer babies etc...)
Our details are married couple, joint income of approx 90-95k ( I’m pub sector and receive annual benchmarking, currently at 70k)
We owe approx 200k on our current home worth approx 310k (16yrs left)
We recently inherited approx 250k

Any ideas on what cost of home we should be looking at upgrading to if we don’t want to pay over €1000 p/m on a remortgage for approx 15-20 years.
