I found this on the road between Newcastle West and Ardagh yesterday (Wednesday 22nd July).

I've put it up on a few community pages on Facebook, but if anyone has any other suggestions as to how I could return it to the owner I'd be grateful. Not working at the moment so have plenty of time and I know how upsetting it can be to lose these things.
