    Guys
On the look out for a new deep fryer,
Anyone buy the lidl 3L deep fryer or any good.
Was using a Murphy Richards round deep fryer there for a few weeks and it was absolutely crap.
Took ages to cook a few chips,
    Cheers

Are you saying it is crap due to the time it took to cook? Since I don't think you will see much difference if you get another brand.

Unless the one you used was unusually low power it is going to take about the same time.

Fresh cut chips do take a long time to cook, if that is what you were cooking. Frozen ones are partially cooked.

Yes took ages to dry a handful of chips, but it was only 1500 or 1800 watts,
A friend has similar style fryer to the lidl one but it’s a 3kw and it’s quicker frying the chips.
    Was looking at

    Buts still only 2200 watts
