Non compliance fine

    Does anybody know wat the fine for exceeding the phosphorus level allowance on farm is ......"reduced basic payment scheme payment "....is wat is says on the letter i got....wonder is it worth appealing or would it be advised against

    Did you exceed the allowance? Have you a valid appeal?

    Dont know what the level of fine is, but say it is 3%, then if this problem is not rectified, the fine would go to 9% next year.

    Is it chemical phosphorous?
