who do i contact about adding changes to the gps layout of a course? we have added a new hole to ours. anyone got any idea?

Probably depends on manufacturer of GPS.

Garmin have a web-page to notify of changes:

Just put one in there for Old Head, few of the greens seemed to be out and bunker layout incorrect.
