Hi, I've been working for a company for the last 10 years continuously on a rolling contract that gets renewed every 3 years, no breaks in employment.

The company has decided to pull out of our region so we are set to loss our jobs over the next 18 months.

Will I be entitled to redundancy?

We only got told about this today so no more info from the company at present.

Isn't that illegal, giving you more than 2 fixed term contracts?
You can't be employed indefinitely on a series of fixed term contracts.
If you worked for them for 4 years over 2 contracts you should of been given a permanent one.

I couldn't see how you wouldn't be entitled to full redundancy. If you worked for 104 weeks continuously you are entitled.
