I don't want to hear things such as: A dog was stolen... A dog was robbed. If a dog is taken by another person without permission from its owner..then the dog was Dognapped and should be treated as such. With strong deterrent sentencing. Thank You that's all...my rant is now over.

If a dog is taken by another person without permission from its owner..then the dog was Dognapped and should be treated as such. With strong deterrent sentencing.
