Need advice - Being threatened and harassed online

    Hi Everyone -

    I don't want to go into details here but essentially my spouse and her parents are being harassed by someone (i have a fairly good idea who this is). They previously harassed my wife few years back on FB by telling lies about me and giving rape/death threats to her. When that didn't work, they have now resorted to directly calling her parents and defaming me in-front of them by telling lies.

    I have a fairly good idea who is harassing us and i want to discuss with a lawyer and take legal action now as this has been going on for a number of years. The problem is the harasser is probably in a different country then us so how do i go on about this? Anyone has any suggestions?
