Useful propagation tool

    for a *very* useful online tool/calculator for guessing how well one's signal would propagate across the world.

    As far as I can gather it does use current space weather conditions and ionospheric states in the model.

    Kind of a pity at the moment that long range comms are hard with the dearth of solar activity - just the right time to be coming into the hobby...
    (But I did just about hear Bob VP8LP (the guy that confirmed that the Argentines had in fact invaded the Falklands in 82) at a distance of 12600km on 20m yesterday across the Atlantic Oceans)
