How to fix constant buffering?

    Suddenly become a huge issue. Any idea how to fix and improve this?

    There is no silver bullet. We need as much information as you are comfortable to provide.
    At the minimum:
    * Are you on WiFi or wired?
    * If WiFi, are you on 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
    * What ISP?
    * Are you using any additional network devices? e.g. Pi-hole

    The first question is the most important: if you're on WiFi, try wired, if possible, and see if it goes away. If it does, the problem is with the WiFi. If it does not, then the problem could be with your router or your ISP.

    Also, what's website media / service is buffering? Is it Netflix, YouTube etc? Is it a laptop, desktop, Fire Stick?

    Whats the specs of your laptop? You seeing it at 360P, 480P, 720P, 1080P are all of them.
