    Hi All

    With the times we’re in done lot more racing ect on zwift. Am carefull with rest and eating and over racing , but some times race and be flying other times will struggle . Can feel difference in legs and this shows in watts also can be below par by up 100 watts sometimes. Anyone have issues like this would love hear some views on this .
