Email setup problem

Hi All, I need to setup email on outlook 365 and mail on my iphone. The information i got was the user name, password and ip address. I cannot find where to set this up because no where in the setup process requests the ip address? Any ideas?

Generally the details required to set up an email client are...
Username
Password
Incoming server address
Outgoing server address

These are the settings for outlook mail servers...
