Im filling out this online at the moment ,have filled out the documents and uploaded them , but now i see they need a signature on the bottom of some of the documents. does this mean i need to scan and stick my signature on them and and upload again. Is it a risk to send on as they are , my names on the bottom but not my signature. The hassle of it all!!
Also there is a detached garage so looks as if i need to do two commencement notices , is this correct?!
    TIA

The whole system is a joke.
Yes you basically download the unsigned form and print. Then upload the signed document in each case.

    ^^^^ As above.
The notice will be invalidated without the signature thereby pushing your start date out further again.

    Welcome to our world.......
    :D:D:D:D

As Mickdw said, it is the most ridiculous abomination of an excuse for a streamlined user friendly accommodating portal ever introduced. But hey, it gives us something to complain about:D:D:D

You have not even started yet.
If you have other parties accepting roles, its another world of pain. Then when the other parties eventually get signed in and manage to accept, your dates might be wrong so you need to go back in again and adjust then download and print and sign and upload again.
It took a month once to yet one done where owner couldnt accept the role.
Also, its not your broadband playing up, the site is that slow.

Nope. All online controlled by the NBCO. Councils have no involvement.

No. Just click "add building" and restart the process of online assessment and adds it to same CN

Have only got round to filling this out today . I was hoping to build without getting an architect involved , just at the end to get him to sign it off. Is that not possible these days
