It's finally here. A new wind meter that measures the wind out to 500 yards.

Anyone have any prices?

It's a laser so it couldn't be to expensive but I have yet to see any prices..

How much would you be willing to pay for such an item?

I wonder how far away we are from scopes that will compensate for range, wind and everything else in real time.

Do you think it could measure the speed of a fart at that distance or would it depend on the temperature differential.

Israeli scope currently being trialled by the Brits that does just that.

Like most shiny kit, my money is better spend on practice ammo.
