Cost of adding a new ensuite

    Can anyone giving me give a rough cost of adding an ensuite to our bedroom.boxroom next to our room boxroom 90sq foot, how much for tradesmen the plumber, tiler and electrician. we're in south Mayo

    5k for an ensuite to be finished was a min price for one of ours...but it was already a bathroom. So I dont know what a conversion would cost. A nice non slip shower tray can cost 600e and so can a tap!
