Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

for criminal charges you get a fine, if that is not paid to the courts you serve X amount of days in default

from reading the eflow articles they seem to send the sheriff out to collect the debt/fines

are these fines different or can you server X amount of days in default for an elfow fine?

its a civil matter as far as I know - and for that they will engage the services of a sheriff and take assets - the car which did the driving is usually a handy target for the sheriff.
