Hi I’m recently on JSA and have never been before so confused about the process.

Got a letter to sign on in my local office at end of July but would have thought that with covid that process would be online.

Also is the payments still fortnightly or weekly now ?

If you got a letter asking you to sign on in July (the final phase) then sign on in July, otherwise your payment will be cut

And some payments have resumed to weekly now, but this would have been stated on your letter granting you the payment

signing on online kind of defeats the purpose, people could be anywhere in the world

Do you know if working family allowance will be weekly going forward? Thanks
