Hi the air flow control selector switch will work on all setting bar the setting that allows the air to come out through the front vents. It have being sticking for awhile but worked intermittently but now it has stopped working although.

Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix?

    Thanks

This is the selector switch and setting that has stopped working. All other settings work except for the one selected in the picture.

    Possibly a blockage.

    Try steps here

My car is the earlier version, different set up to the one in the video (see pics in earlier post). Is it possible to gain access to those vent channels to unblock if it is the case and where would I gain access.

I removed pollen filter and it was in bad condition, full of dirt. I turned on fan without pollen filter in situ but it is not any better.
