Hi, looking for some feed back on The Renault khadjar/ captur. I am thinking of getting either one in next few weeks. 2nd hand 2017 onwards. I’ve researched both and can’t seem to find much negative about either but have had friends advise against them as they suggested many faults with Renault cars. Just trying to get feedback from anyone who has had one or if I should avoid.

One of the most popular crossovers for the last 13 years has been the Nissan Qashqai. The Kadjar is basically a Qashqai underneath. I’ve heard people warn against Renault’s and then suggest a Nissan instead!

Unless people can give you specific issues to look out for, then you can assume they are not up to speed on how good present day Renault’s are.

We have had two different renault fluence and now a kadjar over the last 10 years. Never once had a biy of trouble with any of them and when it came to trading up I we have always bern given a good deal. Would buy Renault again from my experience with them.

I test drove one for a friend a few months back and kept finding the lower dash hit off my left shin. Is that something you've found or just me?
