Looking for a bit of help. I've a new indicator for the wing mirror in my hyundai i40 and I cannot for the life of me work out how to get access to inside the wing mirror casing. I removed the mirror thinking it would allow me access and removed the screws I side that but nothing....

Any ideas, YouTube shows similar vehicles buy from behind the mirror on them you just have to undo a few clips...

    Thanks!

Im nearly sure you have to take the painted cover off to get to the indicator. When you get the cover off the indicator will be held in with 2 torx screws.

How do I take the cover off though. This is my issue. Nothing in google either.

    Thanks.

You'll need a thin plastic trim removal tool.

Thanks for all the help everyone. I took the unit off and was then able to refit the replacement indicator.

    Much appreciated!
