Bought a swann NVW-485 wireless set for my mother from LaptopsDirect there cheaper than competitors
The picture quality both day and night is absolutely fantastic highly recommended brand,
Additional cameras can be purchased separately and added.

Swann aren't a great brand. Sure, you might get ok pictures but when it comes to the optics side, there's next to no detail on their website. The previous poster suggests great pictures day and night but it's an IR delivering that image. What's worse is its a bullet camera so you'll have lots of insects to contend with.
Avoid and get something more professional like dahua or hikvision. Many of the latest cameras can give high detail full colour night imagery without IR assistance.
