    Statement from Irish based Digital Radio Station 1MUSIC

    It has come to our attention that another "Station" in Ireland has recently launched with a similar name and email address to ours.
    We have spent 5 years building and developing 1MUSIC, it has won awards and is sponsored globally by RODE Microphones since it's launch.

    1MUSIC & RODE Microphones have hired Dublin based Mason, Kelly & Curran and have sent a strong cease & desist letter to the other station. We are prepared to take the legal proceedings to the highest level on principal.

    It is regrettable that we were forced to go down this route.
