46G from 2018

Looking for a little advice. I started self-employment in June of 2018. I filed my Form 11 and paid my income taxes on time. I did not file a 46G but I also made no payments that qualify for filing a 46G in 2018. Do I need to back-file a 46G? It would just have the box ticked that says I made no payments. I can't find a clear answer on this. Am I liable for any penalties from not filing? I read on one Revenue page that up to €3000 in fines were possible.

    Help appreciated

    Thanks

you should be able to file the 2018 form on ros. if no qualifying payments were made, select the 'no payments' button.
