My father has a 3 span double lean two built in late 70s or early 80s on which the roof sheeting has developed lots of corrosion and holes and leaks particularly where the sheets overlap. Sheets walled up to eave which is 9 or 10 feet but the bit of sheeting on the gables over the walls are all OK. Anyone a rough idea of price to get that resheeted. Shed has cubicles in one side and loose at the other but is now just used for machinery storage/workshop since we have no stock here now for 20 years.

ANY ideas of price or anyone had to do something similar with an idea on cost. What is the best sheeting to use in its place. Not sure about the timbers, some probably OK but some may need to be replaced I'd say.

Not much help on building costs but if you read other threads here its hard to get builders for a new build never mind dismantling old shed. for roof measure length and width in meters and multiply. count timber purlins ( replace all safer) ring builder provider for price. Can you dismantle shed yourself? Sheets with insulation attached underneath would be best for workshop

PVC coated cladding 1 meter cover x 1meter length

    0.55 - €6.80 plus vat
    0.7mm €8.20 plus vat

    If that's any use
