Planning to visit Connemara National Park soon, and the area around there.

Does anybody have any recommendations for cafes for a family?

Not formal dining, more like a cafe/pub.

    I have seen

    Sweeney's of Claddaghduff

    http://www.sweeneysbarcladdaghduff.com/

and also a place in Cleggan called Oliver's

I am grateful for any comments.

The one inside the park is fine.

Claddaghduff and Cleggan are in a different place but I'm sure they are good too.

The clover fox bar in the village is open for food https://www.cloverfox.com/

Oliver's would be the best of the two you mentioned. They're back open but I don't know what the current setup is.
Sweeney's is a lovely bar but don't do much food unless things have changed.
If you've time Clifden isn't far away and most places are back in business. Guy's, Ravi's, EJ's or Mannion's would be the best for food in a bar but the restaurants in town are open also.
