    Hi,

Looking at building a house in county limerick, close to annacotty/Lisnagry area.

Wondering what are the builder rates at the moment? is there any change due to covid happenings?

potential house size would be 2000-2500 sq.ft. Is a budget of 350K sufficient for this size?

    thanks.

It might be an idea to post that query in the Construction and Planning forum. You're more likely to get an answer there.

do you already have a site? if not then no chance. if you have you might do it for that if straight forward but that wouldn't include fees, landscaping or such just the house build

No I dont have a site, the cost of site is excluding from the 350K mentioned above.

seems like its much more difficult to build than first anticipated.
