Debit Card expires in 3 weeks and didn't get replacement.

    Hi, could you tell me if in this situation I have to remind my bank myself? If so, do I go to my branch or do it online? I am not sure my branch reopened during covid. Thank you for any help.

    Hi Precedens, 

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. If the expiry date on the card is 07/20 the card will work as normal until the very last day of the month with a new card automatically being issued on the account about 2 weeks in advance.
