Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eir Email password reset

    I know its not the correct place to ask, BUT i am trying to reset an eircom email address for an elderly friend. She has a couple of her most recent passwords but they aren't working. I have set up a new Gmail account, but she was hoping to chek her Eir emial,s she hasnt done so in over 4 months because of ill health. The Eir password reset is not working, the phone number doesn't seem to be working. is there any way to get them to look at this please.
