ebay reduced fees

I've been living in the UK the past 8 years and frequently here we get £1 final value fees which I normally save all my selling for to avoid the high costs.

Does the Irish ebay ever give reduced fees? I'm moving home at some stage this year and wondering should i just sell a few things here at full fees, if you don't often get reduced ones at home.

I also notcied some countries are a lot cheaper to sell from compared ot ireland in my research!
