Connecting to 5GHz causes both channels to go down

    Got Eir FTTH finally recently and anytime I connect any device to the 5Ghz freq the WiFi connection reboots. The router itself doesn't reboot but the WiFi connection to all devices vanishes for about 30 seconds before reappearing,

    Reported this to Eir and they sent out a new router which does exactly the same. Any help or possible explanations welcome
