Easiest way is do it on-line. He can accept them on-line.

+1 on this all you need is herd number. Much more straightforward than paper route.

But just make sure that he does accept it on line also as otherwise animals will remain in your herd. He’ll need the certificate number from you or if he is not set up on line, you can just print the certificate and give to him for signature and post thereafter.
