Vrt raffle car

A friend won a car recently off raffle page recently and wants to vrt it but the raffle page did not own the car. Checks are done on the car and it's not stolen. It's in lads name in uk. So he wondering what can he use as proof of purchase and does anyone know anyone that was vrted their raffle car.

Once you have the V5- absolutely mandatory- write your own receipt on a scrap of paper
